garden sticks

Jonah and I went out today in the woods and found sticks. We brought them home and painted them for mommy's garden. Here is where we got the idea from , Sweet Things : http://sweetthingdesigns.typepad.com/craftymama/2008/05/painted-garden-sticks.html?cid=117340738#comments (sorry I don't know how to shorten the link and make it all cute.) I'll take a picture of our sticks after they dry and are in the garden.
I bought a 1/2 yard of the Japenese fabric we got in at work. I LOVE this...it's little red riding hood. I love the little mushrooms and squirrel. Don't have a clue what I am going to make out of it , but I had to have it. I may save it for when I have grandchildren.
Sorry, I am so HO HUM tonight. We may not go camping and the whole family is bummed about it. The bus is running like crap. Yes, crap.

I love this stick idea! I can't grow flowers, but I could do sticks. [I don't have a greenjean in me AT ALL]
