2 things I am working on for "the shop", Quilting Adventures. First is a sneak peak at some Tonga Batkits that we will be getting in. I am making a sample quilt out of them. Aren't they beautiful eye candy?!
Next....is me apron. The pattern is from "Retro Aprons", by Cindy Taylor Oates. I got some white ric-rac to add to it and I will be embroidering sea life on the bottom @ some point. :o) How do you like them whales?? LOL
Well, I have do go do the most awful thing in the world tomorrow... shop for a swim suit. Yeak, I hate it, but I need one to go camping this weekend. Wish me luck on finding one.

Ooooh Camping - fun! Swimsuit shopping! Yuck really - I like to pick mine out of a catalog, but never end up actually ordering them. I think I got a good one last year at Sears, in the Lands End Section. It was a basic blue tank. Now if I could get rid of my kangaroo pouch it might look decent on me! Good luck!
Camping sounds like fun - love the batiks and the dolphins - dread the swimsuit shopping right along with you. Although I've found 2 swimsuit styles that I absolutely love - boy short style with a tank top and a skirted bottom with a loose camisole top (for those pudgy feeling days - hehe). Have fun suit shoppping!!

I hear you about the swimsuit! :) Your fabrics are very pretty! The apron will be cute when it's finished!
Your apron is so cute!
