I think I am back

We are back from the beach. What a great time we had, but there in no place like home. :o) The house is a mess though , I have laundry to the ceiling and more bags to unpack. This is the worst part of taking a vacation... the cleaning up after wards.

I did get some quilting and stitching done on the trip. I finished hand quilting my "What's the color of Spring?" wall hanging. Now I need to bind it, put a sleeve on it, and add a label.

Here is my progress on my stitcher's angel project. I still need to add the french knots to the center of the flowers. It is taking me longer then I thought it would.

And here are some more of the pockets done for my advent calender. I am up to day 21. I will probably start picking out fabric for the calender soon, maybe even today. :o)

It's good to be home. Now for my crazy week ahead. My baby starts kindergarten in 2 days. Wish me luck.

The couch companion does take some time but it's a gorgeous project, not sure if my angel recipient will get it yet.

Glad you had a great vacation - I hate laundry so that's always a bummer. Your advent calendar is looking great - can't wait to see it finished!

Welcome back. Your flowers at the top remind me of the wallpaper in my childhood bedroom. Very cute.
