January

My son drew the cutest picture of outer space. I am stitching it up...here is the moon and the sun.

The baby quilt I was working on is finished and was delivered to the mommy.

Here is the mommy, my sister-in-law opening it up. She will be having a boy the end of January.

I love the embroidery and the quilt. I want to embroider something that Molly has drawn. Any advice on how to transfer it to fabric? I have one thing that I want to do that she did on her Magna-Doodle. I took a photo, but I'm not sure where to go. Plus, I want to stitch it in white on a black background. Horrors!

Love the baby quilt Amy ... and also that "Wonderful Life" wrapping in the background - what a cool find!!
That's a lovely idea of stitching your little darling's drawing ... keeping it safe forever :o).
Hugs,

Great quilt and great embroidery, I will be pleased to see it finished.
I wish I had the time and the wish to embroider my children's drawings when they were young!

I love the idea of stitching the drawings! I am in the middle of getting a tablecloth together that the family can draw/write on so I can stitch it. Hopefully will be a treasure, not a mess! :)

Baby quilt is beautiful, too! Love looking at your creations.
