I am ready for spring,too. I know that winter will easily last through most of March and it can snow in May here so I am really hoping that the groundhog is wrong.:)
I so agree - phil had BETTER be wrong. I'm ready for spring. Although we are supposed to get up to 45 this weekend - will definitely feel like a heat wave! Kris
I can never remember if its good if he sees his shadow or not. He saw his shadow, so there's 6 more weeks? Or he didn't see it and there's 6 more weeks? I can't remember. And if we didn't have 6 more weeks how many would it have been with the other prediction? Why did *they* have to come up with Groundhog Day? Its just one more thing to confuse me!

groundhogs are evil rodents that would better serve the universe as warm jackets for cold deprived puppies. or *something*. they suck.
Phil is a sweetheart, but come on! I live in San Diego, but all of my peeps in Vermont are miserable already.
